Jeremy loves teaching players to make the extra effort and to develop their volleyball intelligence in order to become better leaders, because he believes that leadership is more about responsibility and effort than ability.
A fun fact about Jeremy is that he is a human jukebox and you will typically find him singing random songs while on the court.
